Melanoma

  • In younger individuals
  • Everywhere, but more frequently in sun-exposed areas
  • It spreads early

Melanoma, is however extremely dangerous and spreads rapidly after it has reached a certain thickness. MM is the most serious form of skin cancer and the second most common type of cancer in the age group 25-50.

Individuals with fair skin, red hair, many small moles, or large irregular moles have an increased chance of Melanoma. It is important to detect it early and remove it quickly. If removed early enough, it will not spread, and one can make a full recovery.
